    Twingate Admins with Technical Support Entitlement will need to sign into the Twingate Help Center to create or view existing support requests.

    ⚠️ Email Technical Support Eligibility

    While you may be able to create or login to the Twingate Help Center to open a support request, please note we are only able to provide email technical support to accounts with Technical Support Entitlement.

    Admin Console SSO to Help Center Temporarily Disabled

    Due to an ongoing issue, single sign-on (SSO) to the Twingate Help Center from the Twingate Admin Console for eligible customers, via the Support button, has been temporarily disabled. 

    Business and Enterprise accounts will need to sign into the Help Center using a separate login from the Admin Console.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while we work on resolving this issue.

    Creating a Help Center Account

    To create a Help Center account, you may use either of the below–

    • Social Login
      • Click Sign in on the top right hand corner of the Help Center (this page).
      • You will be taken to a login page.
      • Click either Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft.
      • Follow the authentication prompts to sign in with the respective social login provider.
    • Email + Password Login
      • Click Sign in on the top right hand corner of the Help Center (this page).
      • On the bottom left, click Sign up next to New to Twingate?
      • Input your full name and email address as prompted.
      • You will receive an email to create a password from Twingate Support with the subject Create a password for Twingate.
      • Click the link in the email to create a password.

    Logging into your Help Center Account

    • Click Sign in on the top right hand corner of this page.
    • You will be taken to a login page. Choose your login method.
      • Social Login–Use your Google or Microsoft social account to sign in.
      • Email + Password Login–Use your Help Center credentials to sign in.
        • Forgot your login? You can reset your Twingate Help Center password via–
          • Click Sign in on the top right hand corner of the Help Center (this page).
          • Under the Email and Password fields click Forgot password?

          • On the next page that loads input your email address and click Submit.
          • You will receive an email to create a password from Twingate Support with the subject Reset your Twingate password.
          • Click the link in the email to set a new password.
