    Twingate Technical Support provides coverage for the corresponding support levels.

    • Standard Support—Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific time (excluding U.S. company holidays).*
    • Premium Support—Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 5:00pm Pacific time (excluding U.S. company holidays).*

    U.S. Company Holidays

    Twingate Technical Support does not provide coverage for U.S. company holidays. Twingate U.S. company holidays are observed on the following dates below—

    Year 2025

    • January 1 (Wed) - New Year’s Day
    • January 20 (Mon) - Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
    • February 17 (Mon) - President’s Day
    • May 26 (Mon) - Memorial Day
    • June 19 (Thu) - Juneteenth
    • July 4 (Fri) - Independence Day
    • September 1 (Mon) - Labor Day
    • October 13 (Mon) - Indigenous Peoples Day
    • November 11 (Tue) - Veterans Day
    • November 27 (Thu) - Thanksgiving Day
    • November 28 (Fri) - Day after Thanksgiving
    • December 24 (Wed) - Christmas Eve
    • December 25 (Thu) - Christmas Day
    • December 31 (Wed) - New Year’s Eve

    Year 2026

    • January 1, 2026 (Thu) - New Year's Day
    • Twingate company holidays are currently only available up to January 1, 2026. As 2026 company holidays will be published when they are available.
