How do I delete my Twingate Network/tenant?

Enterprise or invoice accounts—please work directly with your Twingate representative.
End-users—This process is NOT for deleting your user account. Please reach directly to your Twingate Admin if you would like to be removed from a Twingate Network.
Process
Downgrade Active Subscriptions (if applicable)
Active Teams or Business subscriptions—These active subscriptions must be downgraded to a free Starter plan prior to deletion. Refer to Downgrade your subscription to downgrade your subscription.
Note—your subscription will downgrade on your next billing period. You can check your scheduled subscription changes via How do I check that my subscription will downgrade?.
Delete Twingate Network
With the subscription downgraded to Starter, follow the below steps—
Sign into the Admin Console for your account
Click Settings
Click Billing
Scroll to the bottom to the section Delete Network Account
Click Delete
Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.
FAQ
Why don't I see the option to Delete Network Account?
The Delete Network Account option is not available while there is an active subscription. You must wait until the end of your subscription period for the option to become available. To check when your subscription expires, see How do I check that my subscription will downgrade?
