Twingate Technical Support provides coverage for the corresponding support levels.
Priority Support — Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific time (excluding U.S. company holidays).*
Premier Support — Sunday 2:00pm Pacific time to Friday 6:00pm Pacific time (excluding company holidays).*
U.S. Company Holidays
Twingate Technical Support does not provide coverage for U.S. company holidays. Twingate U.S. company holidays are observed on the following dates below—
