Technical Support Coverage Hours

Twingate Technical Support provides coverage for the corresponding support levels.

  • Priority Support — Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific time (excluding U.S. company holidays).*

  • Premier Support — Sunday 2:00pm Pacific time to Friday 6:00pm Pacific time (excluding company holidays).*

U.S. Company Holidays

Twingate Technical Support does not provide coverage for U.S. company holidays. Twingate U.S. company holidays are observed on the following dates below—

Year 2026

  • January 1 (Thu) - New Year's Day

  • January 19 (Mon) - Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

  • February 16 (Mon) - President’s Day

  • May 25 (Mon) - Memorial Day

  • June 19 (Fri) - Juneteenth

  • July 3 (Fri) - Independence Day Observed

  • September 7 (Mon) - Labor Day

  • October 12 (Mon) - Indigenous Peoples Day

  • November 11 (Wed) - Veterans Day

  • November 26 (Thu) - Thanksgiving Day

  • November 27 (Fri) - Day after Thanksgiving

  • December 24 (Thu) - Christmas Eve

  • December 25 (Fri) - Christmas Day

  • December 31 (Thu) - New Year’s Eve

Year 2027

  • January 1, 2027 (Fri) - New Year's Day

  • Twingate company holidays are currently only available up to January 1, 2027.
