When downloading a Network Events report via the Safari Browser, the report ends up being downloaded as an uncompressed file containing just the initial column headers but no data.
Any other browser returns the proper report in a .gzip format.

Download in Safari (the report will not have an extension and only contain the CSV header line)
Download in Chrome (the report will be gzipped with an extension and contain the events)
